We will be closed on February 14th and 28th. If you experience an emergency or urgent need on those days please call 911, go to the ER or to Urgent Care. You may also reach out to the after hours line at 503.362.1314 if you would like to get advice from our on call provider
Primary Care West PC will be closing its doors May 30th, 2025. Patients are encouraged to schedule appointment with their provider for medication refills, referrals, and any orders they may need. Our providers schedules will be very limited the next several months as we enter this transition period. Please note referrals may take up to two weeks to complete due to increased requests.

We do recommend patients seek our new primary care as soon as possible as there may be waiting periods at new offices. We do have a short list of offices that are taking new patients, but we do advise that if you need assistance with finding a new provider that you contact your insurance company to help in that process.
